Vinho VerdeThis almost clear wine opens with a mild citrus like bouquet. On the palate, this light bodied wine is round, nicely acidic, refreshing, and mouthwatering. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This nice light wine would pair nicely with chicken piccata or swordfish with lemon. The careful temperature control during the winemaking process produces a wine that is slightly citrine in color, clear and bright. It’s a well balanced young wine with a smooth, delicate flavour, very fresh and slightly fruity. Cheers!
