YELLOW CABYellow Cab Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz Navan vanilla Cognac
- 4 oz fresh pineapple puree
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- Splash of coconut milk

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with pineapple leaf.
